The Docking Station Meeting/Conference Room space is the ideal creative meeting space for groups up to 12 people (in conference room mode) and up to 20 people in lecture room configuration.
We offer exceptional value, saving up to 50% over renting meeting space in a hotel. AV equipment (55″ flat screen) and whiteboard are included in the price)
We’re flexible. You can reserve your meeting room by the hour, half day or full day.
You’ll be more productive in our great facilities and professional environment near to great lunch spots or with quick access to a number of trusted catering firms. Don’t want to cater? Just bring in your own refereshments and food (something you can’t do at most hotels!). We’ll always supply fresh, free coffee for your guests! Our on-site staff can help you with any duplicating needs or technical questions.
State of the art presentation tools. We have free wi-fi access for your guests, built-in audio-visual equipment, a conference call line for brining in remote team members, admin support, copy and printing services.
Free for monthly residents (Private Office and Residents). Book in advance if you know you are going to need it on a specific day or time.
$ 25/hour or $125/day for non-residents. You do not have to be a member to utilize our meeting spaces.
