Types of Membership
With our membership model, there are several levels to choose from to meet your working style and working space needs. With each membership, you will have access to our full facility, including conference rooms and allotted use of the equipment such as printers, scanners and fax
The Docking Station is a membership organization and we rent spaces monthly, but you’re welcome to drop in any time at the non-member drop-in rate of $15 per day.
FOUNDING MEMBER / PRIVATE OFFICE – $375 – $450 per month (6 month minimum commitment – 5 offices available)
As a Founding Member, you’ve taken the leap to make the Docking Station your permanent home with a private office for your own business. The Docking Station will be just like your own office building and you’ll have all the access you need to everything we have to offer.

RESIDENT – $275 per month (5 resident desks available)
You’re a Resident if you are looking for your own open-space private desk to call home. You’re seeking the amenities of a full office, will work from the Docking Station most days and really want a creative, fun and collaborative space that you can call home! As a Resident, you’ll be a regular visitor to the Docking Station and are OK with working in semi-privacy. If you need more privacy, or have a small team you want to house, you might want to consider upgrading to a Founding (private office) membership.

COWORKER – $160 per month
You’re a Coworker if you are looking for a semi-permanent home with the amenities of a full office, will work from the Docking Station a few days a week but don’t want to be chained to your desk every day. As a Nomad, you’ll be a regular visitor to the Docking Station but you may not quite need your own desk. If you do, you might want to consider upgrading to a Resident membership.

NOMAD – $55 per month
You’re a Nomad if you love your home office and don’t want to move out but are seeking a proper mailing and shipping address with the ability to dip in to the ad-hoc community and enjoy the camaraderie of the Docking Station mastermind meetings and other events. If you find that you really love working at the Docking Station, you may consider upgrading to the Coworker membership.

ONE-DAY PASS – $15 per day
Just visiting for the day? In town on business and need a productive place to work? Join us at the docking station for coffee, a great workspace, available conference rooms and a creative and professional environment to meet with in-town clients.

MEETING SPACE – $25 per hour / $125 per day
The Docking Station has a creative conference room with whiteboard walls and room for 12 – 25 people, depending on configuration. Break out of the boring conference rooms and hold your next meet in our creative conference space.
